Robin McElveen: Hi! I'm Robin McElveen, aka Melody Kittles, and I write fantasy novels, novellas, and short stories. As a Christian, I try to keep my books in line with my faith. Faith and family come first. I've taught my children at home since 1998. I feel there's a need for quality books which promote good morals, so I'm doing all I can to help meet that need.

My Bookshelf

This is the second book I've read by Mary Kingswood and I am just as satisfied with her work this time as I was last time. Her attention to detail in every respect, while keeping the plot riveting, and the reader invested in the lives of...

Cowboy Reckoning

by Barb Han

Interesting Characters I have tons of mixed feelings about this book. Yes, it's a clean read, but not inspirational, so if you're looking for both in a novel, skip this one. The characters were interesting. I think a little less inner m...

The Owner's Secret

by Kimberley Montpetit

Sweet, Clean Romance, But... This was a sweet, clean romance, but the conflicts were strange to me. The dialog was odd in places, too. There were several bits of wording that could've been worked on a little more. Also, for a person who...

Love Comes for the Cowboy

by Savannah Adams

Cozy, Easy-to-Read Story I'm gonna jump right into this review. Things I Liked: character backstories were interesting; watching a city person learn about the beauty of rural life was interesting; happy ending. Things I Felt Could've B...

Loving the Navy SEAL

by Lynn Shannon

Held My Interest I go into books containing military MCs with a healthy dose of skepticism. Often, the characters are too romanticized for my taste. There was one part where the hero used the word "behind" instead of something more mili...
