The details are above and I hope you'll give some new authors a try and increase your joy, as well as that of many others this holiday season. 

Please keep in mind that books written by indies are often done to supply a financial need, which means their funds for the out-sourced part of the writing process are limited. We can't always find a good editor at a price which fits our budget. Some of us can't afford a true editor at all and rely on the help of proofreaders and beta readers. This means you may see typos. Please be as kind as possible. I think you can really tell the difference between books written by someone who is definitely trying to do their best to create a quality product and those written for the sole purpose of making money. 

My own book isn't perfectly written, but I'm happy to say the people who have read it told me they enjoyed it. I hope you won't let past experiences with badly written indie books hinder you from continuing to search for better indie writers. Thanks to those of you who are willing to take a shot on new authors and indies!

I won't link to these sites, but I will strongly encourage you to purchase from small businesses and indie creators this year if you can. So many have been hurt by the business closures and layoffs related to the mass hysteria and ridiculous governmental responses to a new illness, as if that's never happened in human history. A positive trend in book sales would most certainly be welcome.
